You can still pick up the rayovac 48 packs for $9 at Harvey norman and similar stores
they mostly have the AAA but there is some AA left

yeah, I actually went trough all the steps until I found no other payment method is available, then I gave up. Dont really want to provide too much credit card info to retailers as I had bad credit fraud experience before.
Woolworths had 16 for around $10 last week.
It would be interesting to test, but I would have to trust that Energizers were a far superior qulaity battery than generic Dick Smith batteries.
Maybe the brand marketing has just got to you. IMO all Alkalines are on par with each other with only marginal differences.
You do realise that these Energizer cells need to last 2.4 times longer to make them a better deal?
