Officeworks are clearing out their demo stock of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4" 16GB Wi-Fi for only $249.

It shows as unavailable on-line and the price is $349, however if you click on "Check stock in other stores" it will display any stores that may have limited demo stock or customer returns. I've just grabbed 2 from my nearest stores - Malaga and Morley in WA - both are in excellent condition without a single mark/scratch.

I would assume the Tab S 10.5" model is also reduced.

    Good price, I was very fortunate I got mine for $290 when it was first released via a Ebay/GoodGuys promotion.

    Does anyone know where I can get a step by step instruction on how to install a clean vanilla Android OS on it?

    The Samsung Android OS is slow and full of bloatware when compared to my Nexus.

      Go onto xda and search your device. Grab something that's based on aosp like cm if you want something like what you are saying .

      Though I personally recommend something that's based on the stock rom, I'd assume there would be debloated stock ROM for tab s 8.4. It's just that most aosp ROMs I've found were unstable compared to the ones based on stock rom.

      Of the 2 I got one does have some minor screen burn. It's only really noticeable on a all white screen. Once a web page or movie loads up, you can't see it. Plus it's for my 3 year old at the end of the day :)

      The other one which was a customer return has no image burn at all.
