Fuji Instamax SP-1 Printer

Just wondering if people think this is a good price for an Instamax SP-1 Printer.

$199 for Instax Share Craft Pack

I know there has always been a debate on the cost of the films for these things but my question would be whether the cost of the printer for $199 plus a few miscellaneous items would be worth it.

Also I've seen an Instax Neo 90 Classic camera on clearance for $129 instead but can't decide on which one would be better to get. Opinions would be much appreciated.

    I have the Share Printer and its one of my favourite devices of all time. I scrapbook using it so I can instantly have photos to fill my scrapbook every week (so I don't have to wait for the photos to get printed in store). I like printing text on the photo with the date, comments, etc. I usually use my DSLR to take the photos to get a better result. Also I use snapseed to edit the photo from my phone and increase the colour contrast and ambiance.

      I've heard Snapseed is the go-to for printing. Would you recommend it or would you rather have the camera which takes the photo as well as print.

      Also, what's the cheapest you've seen the printer go for?

        I was thinking about buying an instant camera for the novelty of it but I don't think I can get as good as a result with the camera because I'm shooting people (babies move around alot!) So I prefer having really good quality photos that I can guarantee will turn out decent on the printer rather than hit or miss with the camera. I still might buy an instant camera (one with larger prints) but before I do that I'd prefer to buy a polaroid instant printer for a different look and feel.

          @YellowKnight: I bought mine from Myer for 10% off RRP of $309 for the bundle (30 films plus printer) buy I had gift vouchers from there that I wanted to use rather than spend cash so it was worth it for me. I wanted the printer so I didn't wait for a major sale. I think it's a good price but I think it depends on how long you want to wait for something even cheaper. Ozb user smileymiwo recommended the printer to me :) and I'm certain that he paid alot less than I did.
