Is this basically just an international (e.g. Russian or Brazilian) Steam key? If so that would be against Steam TOS to sell those keys to the Australian region.
I can't find much information about mgameplay anywhere online.. seems kind of sketchy other than a few OzBargain posts. Maybe someone else can comment on this.
