I just went to Masters at Parkinson and they have a heap of car bulbs marked down. Website says $10 but they're marked down to $5 in store.
I just checked a couple of other stores online and it seems to be all/most stores.

edited Philips brand. Various types. I bought H7 ones.
Go to masters site and search for Philips Automotive.
Not sure what else you would like to know?
