They get a B rating (some praise, no criticisms). So pretty good, and a lot better than many brands.
They are fully vegan, so no testing on animals (which should be the first thing to check when buying cosmetics/toiletries). And you have to give them credit for being very open; e.g., their palm oil policy is clearly stated on the website.

I tried this brand a couple of times and on both occasions it caused massive irritation to my scalp. Seems I'm not the only one.
My scalp seems fine after using it for 4 years. Lets neg because I have an allergy to something in this shampoo!
I think it's reasonable to mention having a problem with this shampoo so why the negs?
