It's a decent phone with 4G LTE and Qualcomm 64bit SOC. Only downside is the 1GB of RAM but there are barely any sub $140 devices that will do 2GB
I bought the redmi 2 for my daughter about 9 months ago for $190. Very good phone and terrific value. At $133 its a steal.
Got the kid a Telstra buzz 4gx for Xmas. $63 delivered plus $4 to unlock. Very capable phone.

Thank you for all the info. We decided to go with the Lumina 640 @ DS. It is made in Viet Nam, now im trying to unlock the phone so the ALDI sim can be use.
