I got my refund yesterday I am sure everyone does get theirs. I don't know it came quicker because I log a dispute or its normal.
I checked my account just before midday today and there was nothing. I decided to make a chargeback dispute with my bank and the girl on the phone told me I've just received a refund from Bupa when I was with her on the phone. Couldn't be happier.

Can anyone tell me how to contact Bupa on Refund of my purchased sunglasses.. 2 transactions out of which only one Refunded.. Waiting for another.. But I dont think they gonna pay me.. This is me also, refunded 1 order but not the other. I have emailed them giving them until the end of the week to refund before initiating a chargeback. Just do it, you don't need to wait for them to respond any longer, it's been plenty of time already.

I got no confirmation email at all and have been trying to chase them up through the Bondi store. Jumped on here and saw all of this - oh my!
I spent $174. Same deal as everyone else - got the phone message and sent an online query - no response. Seems like best thing to do is a chargeback - and cancel my $200 a month cover + email the MD to advise him that they can't create a new company and provide this shocking experience without feeling the effects in other parts of the business. What's funny is that the customer service team at BUPA medical don't seem to know anything about it. LOL yeah right.

received my glasses this week (it was a pair of carrera youth/kids pair)..
i recall this order was for two pairs with discount applied, however it went through to confirmation showing no discount and and only one pair for the retail price of $28
so thats 3 of us
