Booker Noe, known as the Father of the small batch Bourbon movement was Jim Beam’s Master Distiller for 40 years. He wanted to create Bourbon’s the way they were meant to be - the way they were made in the era before prohibition.
Knob Creek is aged nine years, the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons. This extra ageing allows it to absorb more of the sugar in the wood, giving it a slightly sweeter taste and nose.
This exceptional, full-bodied bourbon strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, woody, caramel flavour with a long, smooth finish.
