Actually the AUS $ is crappy. If it was still at parity with the $USD you'd be paying about $90 delivered.
Won't send to Australia for me. Would have to use Shipito or similar for probably a little less actually.
Edit: The product page says it will ship to my suburb, but once in the cart it can't/won't calculate postage.
Strange. Shipping to Frenchville (suburb of Rockhampton), QLD 4701. No problems here. Shipping according to the checkout is $7.98 USD to Australia.
It does appear to work if I go all the way through to the final checkout stage where it gives you the totals. Normally though just viewing the cart is enough.
Great cards these. Ordered one the other week when it was AU$149ish. Works very well in my Surface Pro 4.
Thanks Jase2801 for the update - I emailed Amazon asking them to consider a partial refund on my order (Ordered when they were $99 USD a few days ago). They processed the refund within two hours. Great service.
Yes, fantastic service. I actually got this for free because their late delivery meant it wasn't here in time for Christmas. I complained and they did a full refund :-)
Oh my gosh, nicely done.
@pro Thanks for the suggestion
Cheers…ordered one for a Surface Pro 3 :)..was $125.56 AUD incl delivery
Hi There. Did you pay in USD or AUD?
AUD
cheers bought 2 - one for surface one for my camera… tempted for a third for my phone tbh ahaha
including shipping its charging me AU$251.12
You sure it should only be $125 AUD
2 x $125 = $250
Using my 28 Degrees card and paying in USD, I was charged $121.20 including cheapest delivery option to Brisbane.
Thanks! I was charged $123 AUD to get it shipped to Sydney. I also purchased: Transcend Information USB 3.0 Card Reader (TS-RDF5K)
It's funny how Officeworks is charging almost $200 for a 128GB card, local retailers are such a rip off.
It shows how much extra the local retailers are pocketing with their price gouging. A 10% GST wouldn't make up for the large difference in price even with the tanked aussie dollar.
Hope I don't regret not buying this!
Memory will only get cheaper with time. Question is just how long you have to wait.
Why AUS $ so low
