After Dark is the first expansion to the hugely popular classic city simulation Cities: Skylines.

This is for a Steam download key, but requires a US Amazon account from the description.

See this post to purchase the Cities: Skylines game from GMG, thanks pennypacker!

  • Thanks - purchased. I'm not sure about the US Amazon account, but I'm quite sure mine is Australian, and has an AUS billing address. Worked like a charm.

    • +1

Are you using a VPN? I get:

We noticed you're shopping from Australia. This item is not available for purchase due to geographical restrictions. Not Shopping from Australia? Change your country setting

VPN doesn't make a difference, but your default delivery address does. I can't order it with my default address set to AU, but it works if I change it to my US address.

      • Nah, but I might have had the VPN connected when I created my account for some other deal.
My default address is set to Australia.

  • Cheers, was looking at buying this off GMG but no need now.

  • Absolutely amazing game. Anyone that liked SimCity or just likes the idea of building a city should pick this up.

  • Hmm i have a US account but it got grumpy saying not available if I am purchasing from Australia…

    • not to worry I didn't have a default address set

  • isthereanydeal shows this is the cheapest one. Not even listed. Should I expect for a better price in Steam Autumn Sale?
    Edit: I can't purchase. http://i.imgur.com/3pFNtsz.png
Any possibilities if Steam Key got cancelled due to Amazon geographical restriction?

    • I doubt it, the developer doesn't seem to give a great percent off on steam sales.

I personally haven't had any problems with buying Steam games through Amazon, I bought some back in 2013 and they are still on my account.

  • Didn't they release the After Dark as a standalone?
