  Coconut oil, great for stir-fries (I have this exact brand), not sure how good it is for the waistline though :/ Price is good though, rare to find under $5. And lasts for ages since it's not a regular oil replacement, I personally only use it for stir-fries myself (which we make about once a week).

      i was under the impression that increased metabolism is not necessarily better. essentially you are ageing faster.

  No longer the best breakfast juice since they started adding the two acidity regulators ( it tasted fine, lasted fine before they were added )

  Nudie Juice is still 100% juice at least.

      It's for giving you heart burn / reflux problems…

      I suspect it's primarily a preservative measure. Like many things in our diet (salt and sugar at the top) we consume too much acidity.
