Wow !! Didn't think Groupon would ever offer this nice discount on gift cards. Best we've ever seen was 7.5%.

According to the comments towards the end , you can stack this with the 10% off $100 Big W Offer to use at any Woolworths Group Store. You should get the Groupon eGift card emailed before expiry of the deal

        I bought 16 x $500 egift vouchers from Groupon @ 7.50%.

        The $2k I used 4 x $500 vouchers converted to Wish gift cards and for the $6k I used 11 x $500 egift vouchers converted to Big W physical cards. I am left with one last voucher which I am happy not to convert and spend @ Big W.

          Its people like you who stuff it up for everyone else i finally got my $500 of BigW egift and now im stuck with Dam BigW cant buy any other cards with them i wanted to at least be able to get groceries at Woolworths with them.

    Has anyone tried to use a BigW eGift card at Dan Murphys online?

    I'd been told by BigW that the physical BigW (ie. Red cards) wouldn't work anywhere but at Big W. But just tried with a DM purchase and went through okay.

    If no one has tried it I might give it a go with a small value card. The amount I buy at DM would make a 10% saving pretty substantial. (I but a lot for friends….. :)

        So you're saying no it won't work at Dan Murphys? Certainly that's what it says at Groupon but I was also told the exact same thing when buying the red Big W card.

          I ordered one via Cash Rewards - looks the same as these.

          Well despite it saying in big letters "Big W only" this worked fine for me at Dan Murphy online.

          Can't say if it would work in store or at Woolies. Suspect not but I bit the bullet, ordered one and tried online at DM and went through just like a Woolies card.

    Anyone had problems with the egift card? I purchased a 200 from Groupon. When i went to big w to purchase the checkout guys couldnt scan/use the voucher from the email.

    Barcode on email has no digits on it. Anyone have any idea?

      There should be numbers you type in the pos

      You have to wait 2 - 3 days to receive the actual voucher email from woolworths money

        The email had voucher numbers etc but none were the actual viucher number for the pos. The email had a barcode and a QR code but these were useless at the register without the numbers.

        Didn't end up getting my purchase. Sale ends tomorrow. Disappointed

      There should be only 3 number fields you care about
      Card number for online purchases
      Card number for in store purchases
      Pin number

      If your print out doesn't have these, then you haven't printed the correct e-gift certificate..

      There is no scanning of bar codes or qr codes..

    I must have only received the "pre" voucher email then?

    The email does allow me to link and download the "view voucher" document.

    Is this not the actual voucher? No pin included

          in your defence, it is a pretty poor system, prone to easy confusion, since the deal also states, "4) You will not be sent a Groupon voucher via email".
          They'd be better off sending an email simply reiterating what is stated in 3) above, instead of doing exactly the opposite of what they state in 4).

    Has anyone who purchased in the second lot of Big W eGiftCard offers actually received their e-mailed voucher? I purchased a $100 on 29/12/2015 and got the confirmation voucher from Groupon, but haven't received the actual voucher from [email protected].
