Recommended VPN : TunnelBear
for anyone having problems, here is how to do it
* Download a free VPN Service TunnelBear and Install it on your computer
* Select The country Brazil and Turn On the VPN
* Go to Nuuvem.com (I used Firefox), select the game you wanna buy then checkout (you need to register before buying)
* Here is the tricky part, you need to make sure that TunnelBear was turned on (sometimes it's still loading) otherwise there will be a warning that tells you the item is not available in your country, if there is no warning proceed to pay (Preferably PayPal)
* A small Window shall pop up (in my case it doesn't pop out in Chrome) which will link you to PayPal
* You will be directed to the page where you will need to Enter your PayPal Username and Password. At this point, TURN OFF TUNNELBEAR and wait for it to shut the connection or else PayPal will return you to Nuveem page and won't continue the Transaction
* After logging in you will be directed to the page where you will confirm the PayPal Payment at this point, TURN TUNNELBEAR ON again and wait till its connected then you can confirm your payment or else the same case will happen like the one mentioned above
* If you follow the steps carefully the transaction will be approved and you should receive the key Immediately
For Security Reason, it's recommended to change your PayPal password after this transaction

    No Ubisoft game works through Nuuvem. They need a Paypal account with a valid address for the region.

    I think TW3 does work though.

        Nuuvem recently upped their game in relation to security and new requirements for paypal locations. It used to just require a VPN, now you need to change your Paypal address and various loopholes.

    I tried getting Dying Light when it was ~$8 during Black Friday and wouldnt let me.
    Was rejected at the PayPal authentication.

    Not sure if it works now, however.

      you have to reconnect back to brazil vpn before you authorize the payment on paypal, it happened to me sometimes too, but i managed to bypass it

      I bought it during the black friday sales and can confirm it wont work unless its a verified paypal with an address in region.
      There was a guy on some reddit gaming threads from brazil buying heaps of keys for people and passing them along.

    Don't buy Southpark - The Stick of Truth, steam won't let you use the key from brazil as we have a censored version in our region, it will let you buy it , but you can't use it on an aussie steam account.

      did you turn on the vpn again after paypal attempting to finish the transaction, sometimes if you don't turn it back on, it will fail,v turn it on before you're going to authorize the payment and wait till tunnelbear said connected

          @Meliodas: Tried it with both Edge & Chrome. Same thing, after clicking "Pay Now" on the PayPal window, I get booted back to cart, claiming it's not available in the region. (Even though I'm connected to the VPN.)

          @OverburdenedWarrior: the Royal Edition cost around ~32 USD it only includes a handful of work art and other things, some people also start to think that the comic that should have come with the royal edition will never be released, if you really want it, then i won't stop you, and the champion edition cost around ~22 USD
