I always avoid to buy things from overseas website but a smartphone looks good to me
I want to check if someone has experience with provider. How is its service? Any doggy product?
I do find some of its posts getting quite a few votes but this provider is now in penalty box. Not sure if it is risky to buy there.
By the way, I found the livechat and support ticket don't work at all. I don't think it is my computer's problem.

just received an email from everbuying stating they have 20% off sitewide coupon code "EBPR" - off the full price of an item. if it is already discounted then it wil only reduce the original price.

I tried few codes. These codes are useless.
For new user, there are a lot of codes avaiable. I was looking at those special priced smart phones. Applying these codes is even more expensive than special price.
I was actually facing another issue by ordering via mobile where extra 2% is available.
The total is less than A$250, but it always says

Hi. I ordered two smartphones in early Oct and still didn't receive them.
Apparently the parcel got shipped out and arrived Nov 5th in Sydney, got customs cleared but since then nothing happened except for annoying email conversations with their customer support. The courier company says the tracking number is not working and nothing they can do. Everbuying thanks me for being patient…
Anybody with an idea how to get my money back?
I even bought the freight insurance at check out but think it's Everbuying's issue not mine to follow up.
Very annoying situation. Would never order with them again.
