I just had a call from the Bently WA store; apparently the stores actually deliver themselves and the 'leave at local post office' option is not available…. nor can they leave in a safe location.
They are trying to work out how to re deliver to me as I work full time and can't have personal deliveries at work.
nsw for my delivery, and my delivery details indicate its going to be an Aus Post delivery
Mine shows as being Toll in the shipping email, and has tracking from the Bently Store to my house (undeliverable). It must have been returned to the Bently store as it was undelivered, rather than the Toll delivery centre or leaving a re-delivery card :(
That's weird, since my store is Bentley and it came by post (with Bentley as the From: address) and they left it at my door no problem.

Delivery sent with Aust Post on the 16th. Still tracking as shipment info received. Other order yet to be fulfilled. Doesn't look like will be here for Christmas.
I ordered the 18th, I haven't received a confirmation nor a tracking number. They said order by 18th to receive before Christmas (I'm in a Metro area). But based on most peoples experience so far I'm guessing these guys won't come through with the goods.
To not have it by Christmas isn't worth the $15 savings after postage.
I had to cancel both orders. Looks like both isnt going to make it on time. One is out of stock now and the other is lost at Aust Post distribvution center.
I just called. Online they have a tracking number, but even their support guys couldn't get it to work. They called TOLL (even though their website lists Auspost as their courier…) while I was on hold, and even TOLL can't get it to work. So the support basically said, "we have to leave it for the moment". I was like…um, so you don't know where my order is, I can't track it, you can't track, your courier can't track it…so where is it? "I don't know"….
Never again.
Yup don't know whom to blame. Maybe their orders are being stolen cause they have their boxes marked with their brand name and delivery guys are stealing these or these people are simply giving us the run around and not sending the orders.

My two James Squire cases turned up via Australia Post..they were plain cases just with an eParcel sticker on top.. not really any 'surprise' as to what was inside
I made my order on the 17th and received it late this afternoon despite the fact 1C sent me an email saying it will be delivered on Monday so hang in there, there is still hope that it'll make it in the next two days!
I am really surprised that the 18 y/o talisker has not come up at all
