  Is the Void Jacket, water resistant on the exterior? Looks it but it doesn't confirm it

    I have one of these and love it but it's really only for street wear, not serious outdoor adventure.

    The covering of very light nylon (not rip-stop even) and there is no way you'd want to carry any sort of a pack wearing this. Also, it's not even remotely water-resistant :)

    My only major gripe is that there is no zipper-guard and and the nylon gets caught in the zip a lot. But for this price it's an amazing buy to take to the football or just general winter use. Could be useful for travel too - it packs up very small.

  Uber cheap for a 600gm down jacket. Not water resistant outer but most down jackets aren't anyway.

  should be - I got mine instore - just call them in advance to see what sizes they have

  the jacket is not waterproof - I have an ultralight outershell for that

  and yes it does crush small - comes with a stuff bag

  I plan to take a pillowslip when travelling - so I can use this as a pillow too!

  I know exactly what llama means about the zip guard - it is a little finnicky

  but for a down jacket thats a great price - its not high performance - but its much better than the cheapie I made the mistake of buying :P
