Ergobaby 360 Bundle of Joy (Carrier & Infant Insert) $159.20 @ Target INSTORE with FF Discount

300

I know this deal is pretty specific to mums/dads with bubs.. and I personally love my ergobaby carrier :)

Target's introducing the Ergobaby range into its stores and as an introductory special, they are doing the Ergobaby 360 carrier "Bundle of Joy" (Carrier + Insert) for $199. They normally sell for $269; or individually it's $239 for the carrier & $39 for the infant insert.

Currently unavailable online but with the family & friends discount it should come down to $159.20 (20% off) IN STORE.

Occasionally, the ergobaby range goes on sale at the baby stores for 20% off, but this is >40% off!

We just used supermarket bags and saved $200…

    • You carried your baby in a plastic bag?

        No way !!!!!

I got my wife to do it…

YES!!! With over 30,000 comments, someone could write his biography - Bargaines Extraordinaires, now that we know this last bit of crucial information :-)

Fyi…if you're a parent, these things are amazing. Carried a 3 year old up mount lofty in one comfortably. Well it was comfortable I was shagged, but you get the picture.

You should consider changing your personal trainer!

The Family & Friends Discount should bring it further down to $159 instore (since it's not available online).

    • Why 20% off rather than 5%? We are only just starting to buy stuff and wondering if people have opinions of this brand over others?

EDIT: Found it in the comments.

Thanks icemocha600ml for this. I've updated the deal! :)

    • Thx. So much buying and then returning as I had initially come up with the babies r us price match on my own before I saw the OP and then saw your even better deal.

  • These are a life saver!! Especially when going to your other children's school sports or cooking dinner, mowing the lawn etc. also great if your a bit unco and can't figure out how to use the wraps haha

  • Haven't had to use one in a few years, but the one we had was really good and more comfy for older bubs than the BabyBjorn and various slings we had.

    • Absolutely agree with this, tried lots of carriers. These are brilliant and i was comfortable carrying my up to 4yr old around in it on my back. For me it was much more comfortable than the baby bojrn but that may depend on your shape i guess. I also had a sling which was great for babies but only for short periods past 1yr.

Got the last one at my local target. Great at ~$160. Hope we've picked the right one out of many. Only 4 months pregnant but pretty sure won't find this price again.

Next pram and car seat, lucky to already get a cot.

      Congratulations :)

Thanks guys. My wife is obviously the one pregnant, and I hate saying "we" about things, just slipped out this time

      Congrats! You'll love it.l!

We had our first bub ~3months ago and it has been a lifesaver at times when baby only wants to be carried all day long.

      • How have you found it during the summer months, not too hot. Bit of a weird buy for me as I've really missed out on my normal hours and hours of research. Still in box so going to go test at a baby store and return if we have to.

Main worries for me are how hot it is for baby and parent, and seems the velcro is annoying for alot of people. Seems the new "air" version might fix this. But its been delayed and I'm sure we'll never get it for this price.

You ever used a material sling or wrap either?

        • +1

We bought the Ventus which had most airflow at time of purchase. Tested it at the Gold Coast, then took it to Bali. Used with a thin muslin for extra sun protectio of the limbs it was great. Not sure how it compares to 360 though

I find it better (temperature-wise) having him in the carrier instead of the pram. We are currently using a capsule which fits onto the pram, and baby tends to overheat in the capsule when he is in it for longer than 30-45min.

Regarding the velco, I actually quite like it. Makes it easy for either the husband/me to use and adjust accordingly.

Our baby did not like being in a sling at all. Got given one and did not end up using it. Used this carrier instead! And I thought the wraps look too complicated to use.

  • Just got this with friends & family discount. Cheers!

  • I just went to toyrus WA cannington.. Got the ergo 360 bundle for $179.99 after price match.. Only 1 left for the ergo 360 at toyrus.. I could not be bothered with the family % as they might asked for a printed copy..

  • FOMO. Anyone seen if any left in Melbourne stores?

  • Thanks OP. That's a great deal! As at last night the following MELBOURNE stores had stock (could be more but it's all i can remember)
    Dandenong
    Chadstone
    Knox
    Glen waverly
    Waverly gardens
    Epping
    Northland

The best thing to do is to call a store with no stock(example melbourne cbd or camberwell) and get them to check the stock level at all the other stores. You can then call the store with stock and ask them to put one aside for you. It's what i did at chadstone last night.

  • Are people successfully getting the FF discount? Do i just print the voucher from the other deal?

    • Yes just print it and they will scan the barcode on page 2 which works fine.

    • Yeah just printed. Lady didn't really question and just scanned it. Not sure I would have bought purely on the $70 promotion or the 20% off, but combined ended up too good to pass up.

  • Store with stock in Brisbane

    North Lake
    Springwood 2
    Forest Lake 3
    Browns Plains 2
    Mt ommaney

  • Went and tried on today. Not sure how it is with a baby in it and never used another brand one so no ideas on comparisons.

Was comfy, but a bit fiddly to get on, especially the clip behind the shoulders. Of course this could be technique only, and no one in the store was very helpful. I can see it being warm in summer if you are walking down the street, but how many people do that even without a baby strapped to their chest.

  • watergardens VIC had many on shelf although i had difficulty with the F&F discount (eventually got it)

  • Bought one today, scanned as $189 instead of $199, plus the 20% of FF offer. :)

  • If I'm not wrong, the $189 may be the ORIGINAL ergobaby instead of the ergobaby 360. The boxes are similar and I made that mistake.. ended up refunding as the ORIGINAL ergobaby doesn't allow baby to face forwards.

    • Damn, you might be right, have to have a look when i get home, but I guess the 360 would be sold out by now, I rang and had Target staff to put one aside for me supppose to be the 360…..:(

    • +1

Thanks 9race, I checked the item code on the docket, was for the Original one, rang the store and explained the situation, their staff reserved the wrong one for me, lucky they still have one left, just went and exchanged to the 360, and they honored the sale price plus FF discount :)

      • That's some good service

  • We were totally unable to get it at that price - any ideas where else we can get it?

    Thanks

    • Baby Kingdom and Baby Bunting do price match if you have one close to you.

      • Thanks, but the offer was over already so we can't price match =(

EDIT: I see that it is 189 again!! Thanks!
Double edit: I see that the performance model is 269. Damn.

        • Babies r us will price BEAT by 10% :)
