wow, what horrible service from Tiger Air. Had 6 friends with me and we all booked tickets from Melb to Hobart return for $28.00. We clicked through, chose our seats, and went to the next screen. Added our payment details, and everyone clicked okay. Only 1 ticket went through, and the other 5 got refreshed into the tigerair.com.au page. Called Tiger Air and they wouldn't do anything about it and couldn't find any of the other people's bookings. >:|

Out of interest, does Tiger Air put you up in a hotel if your domestic flight is cancelled away from home ala Jetstar?
