I can't say on the cellaring…site lists 5 - 9 years. I do know it's a great drop to drink now though.
I've had two lots of these now but it just goes too quick when it's all there :)

I can't have both, so need to make a choice.
Pepperjack can be had cheaper than Dan's normal price. $24.99 w/ free delivery.
And unless I'm missing something, it's $160 for 8 ($20/bt).
