Insane that a game this old is on "sale" for the cost of most new release games.

Most people already played it on ps3/xbox then ps4/xbox… now they want you to repurchase it again on PC.
i think it has a lot to do with the AUD. pricing is ridiculous.

I purchased the cheaper Rockstar one last week. While the gameplay and everything else are exactly the same, I will NEVER buy another game that download from rockstar directly again. 60GB+ of download that keeps stopping every 5-10minutes and you have to manually restart it each time. Never an issue on steam. Rockstar download is hosed.
Direct download is a bit annoying for large files. I agree with you. Steam has like a super download server.
Never had that issue myself. Mind you i was stopping and starting it manually around my share house peak hour anyway
VPN to the USA and it's $35.99. So make a new account with a US base and gift it to your normal account so you can't get banned.
Use an address in a state which has no tax too. Did this yesterday. Should be close to $50aud.
