Glenvill First Homes

G'day all,

Hope alls well.

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with glenvill first homes. They have a no deposit, no guarantor, no equity offer going on. Is it worth to go down that path or wait until we can come up with a deposit and then enter into the housing market?

Regards,
Andy

  • If you don't have at least twenty percent of the purchase price, you'll have to pay mortgage lenders insurance. It doesn't protect you, it protects the lender. The insurance company will come after you for the money if there is a claim anyway.

Personally, I can't see how anyone can afford to enter the housing market nowdays - the people who do must be earning a heck of a lot more than me.

    • Parents using their houses as ATMS, to keep the bubble afloat.
