      i think this was meant to be a freebie but since they got more then 3000 requests they might have decided to ask for the coupon in the mag. PLease dont neg this deal just bcos they changed their mind ini the last minute. I mean how was i meant to know.

At least Rack tried and shared something, maybe its because it was sooooo popular here that they imposed this probably normally uninvoked rule - it may also be random requests.     I've sent them a reply email telling them that I have passed the mag on to my sister (which I legitimately have). The original terms and conditions didn't say that you needed to keep the page out of the magazine, and I am a legitimate Cleo reader - which is what they were asking for to claim the freebie. I'll see what comes of my request.

    I will admit that I would have missed the freebie had it not been brought to my attention on here. But, if you are going to offer something then in my mind you should honour that offer - otherwise it just brings about bad feelings towards your brand.

    REVOKING MY NEGATIVE (unfortunately I cannot do it - says it is more than 72 hours old). GOT AN E-MAIL TO SEND THE COUPON, but just send an e-mail saying that I don't have it. I have received my "PADS"!
