    Once, NB was a great show company and I paid premium for their USA made 99x series. However, outer soles in their new shoes wear out quicker than ever before. I suspect foul play - designed accelerated wear to quicken churn. They'd need to provide 50% discount before their shoes become viable.

      I concur after giving NB a chance. I bought some NB 870 V3 which are trash. Within three weeks there were many holes in both shoes around all crease areas in the front toe panel. Also, within 2 weeks the sole started to come unstuck on both shoes and the sole wear is excessive. Just crap really for $120. Not an issue with the simple, old school fashion trainers though. My asics gel from 3 year ago appear new.

      Hear, hear. Reconstituted leather, paint peels off, soles disintegrate into constituent layers. Used to be a fan boi, wore NB for years, no longer. Absolute rubbish!

    New balance factory outlet prices much better based on past shopping prices. Although not everyone can get there.

    Also mobile app locates stores within miles from postcode - weird.

        most have US/UK/EUR sizing on the shoe/box.
        Silly me thought a .com.au website would have UK/AUS sizing listed, just like I would think the currency on a .com.au website would be $aud, not $usd. But I'm strange like that. (yep this one is in $aud)

    Ordered y'day, order cancelled today (walking shoes) as no stock. Tried a few other, quite a few others I checked has 0 In Stock, but still allowed you to add them to your cart. Seems like theyve got Dick Smith running their inventory system . We'll try again

      i got the same experience last year buying from official nb website. they said they dont have live stock system so when too many people buy and not enough stock, they will cancel yours and refund. thats all. no apologies.

    Just received my shoes US9.5 2E too tight.. customer service really good.
    Called up, getting it exchanged for a US9.5 4E, no cost to ship back.. easy process.
