Not a chance in a minion.

  • Positive vote for the below feature:

Improve parent-child relationship when you are playing together with your children is a perfect communication with each other.

    • That made me chuckle also. It doesn't even make sense.

      • It does. No matter what game you play with your kids, it helps to improve your relationship. It's not about the game itself but the time you spend together.

    Picked up 2. :) Paypal conversion —> $2.82, otherwise $1.41 each.

    • Same conversion here for Paypal. Grabbed 3. US2.97 -> AUD4.22. Worth a crack, considered buying more just to have pieces, just means you would have alot of yellow and blue building blocks :P

      • don't know if my order went through… can't find it in my paypal history…

        • Mine appeared immediately. Did you also check to see your order history on the DealsMachine website?

Did anyone else pay attention to the Web of Trust rating that this web site is a scam? Web of Trust is a Chrome plugin.

    • Yeah, that's a bit concerning. A lot of the scam complaints have to do with not receiving their orders. One even called them a scam because they were selling at discounted/special prices, or were pre-selling/pre-ordering products :S There aren't many web of trust reviews, but with time and fulfilled orders perhaps they would start attracting more positive comments.

For $1 USD, I don't mind the risk. There's also PayPal protection for what it's worth.

  • 100 pcs?
    Looks like 200 pieces?

  • Worth a punt, it will probably never turn up but can always get my $1 back via paypal.

  • Dear Razore (et al./ anyone who's ordered one), can you please post back here if/when it arrives? If peeps start receiving them, I'll order a few for my boy. I'll check back here periodically.

    Cheers!

    • No probs, has shipped according to seller so will keep you posted on outcome.

    • i just received mine today

  • Thanks mate!

  • I ordered 3 and they arrived today. less than 2 weeks which is fantastic.

  • Thanks! Just finished putting it together. I think I've found myself a new hobby :P

took me about an hour the instructions for the base are not the best, so i had to try and figure it out. Still dont think I got it right, but it looks like a minion.

      • Agreed! Took me 30 minutes but had to strain my eyes to see which blocks to use. :)

        • can you share what the bottom looked like (some of mine are still loose and the feet are not that stable) so i can build the other 2 right.

  • Thanks for the follow-up messages/info all!
    Very much appreciated!

  • Mine came today :D

  • I received my minion yesterday (Friday). Arrived in a padded envelope with the box squashed. Luckily pieces are small enough it's hard to break them in the padded envelope unless you deliberately set out to do so.

Dimensions are 4.5cm wide, 7.1cm tall, 2.8cm thick.

There are a few spare pieces, I just used it to make a weird little flag to put onto its head. Not a solid construction, inside its hollow.

Overall even though the colours isn't 100% uniform (some of my yellows are darker and some lighter) and that excess plastic on a few bricks isn't clipped off fully during manufacturing (you will have to trim it yourself I guess), it was worth the $1.36 and couple of weeks wait.

  • Finally received mine yesterday - all 10 of them. Must admit was surprised by the small size of the bricks but kept the kids busy for some time and happy with the end result once built. Now to build 8 more to start my minions army.

  • my daughter threw the box out, but kept the blocks.

As such, we don't have the instructions.

Can anyone who got this take a photo of the instructions and post here/anywhere online and give me the link?

I've tried scanning it. Let me know if you need a better quality scan page 1 and page 2. Also for the first step, you have to look carefully at where the lines are to figure out which blocks to use.

If it's too hard to make out the lines, here is a diagram to help, sorry the numbers aren't perfectly aligned. The numbers represent the studs/bumps on the bricks. Have fun building it!

      —3 2 2 3 3 3 3
      —3 8 8 4 8 8 3
      —3 8 8 4 8 8 3
      1 2 8 8 4 8 8 2 1
      —2 8 8 4 8 8 2
      ——2 2 3 3 3

  • It has scanned beautifully!

    Thankyou!

    Please, have some good karma!
