A mist all the tech deals over the last few days, I hope someone will find this deal useful for upcoming summer. I spotted this deal at BBQ Galore Chadstone and found it is also available online for C&C (delivery not available). I tried a few postcode at checkout and saw stock currently available around Australia.

Some people might find that 9.4 MJ burner is rather weak, but at $299 it's still a very good deal.
I'm in the market for a new BBQ and saw this catalogue and did some real-world browsing this week.
This model Connoisseur is most definitely NOT a $799 BBQ. No one would buy this for $799, so this is an outright lie in my humble opinion. Lucky us ozbargain shoppers are up to these retailers' tricks.
We are likely to go with a $400 "Barbeque Master" (I think) model which appears to be more solidly built than the one mentioned in this post.
PS - if you look at the details, the whole unit looks like stainless steel, but it is only certain parts that are (eg the hood), but other parts are painted to look like stainless steel.
