Bought this to replace my Cheerson CX22 which was a big dissapointment. The free battery ($250 value)and delivery make this a bargain for me.

  • I am thinking of getting CX20. What is wrong with CX22?

    • +1

CX22 is a reasonable unit for the price I paid (~$900AU). The durability is questionable with low quality control and a lack of spare parts (even from China and HK). Lots of features for great control-ability and reasonable 1080P camera but only cheap 2 axis gymbal with resultant jittery picture. Hard to define, but, as an overall package for about the same price (if you count the battery cost) then Im happy to get a DJI with plenty of online help, forums, local parts with less downtime.
If I were to get a cheaper starter drone, then the cx20 is a tried and tested good value machine.

I got a CX-20, but it has been a pain to set it up and still cannot get it to fly smoothly as I like. It is a good quad if you have knowledge on electric circuits, its various settings, soldering, modding and exchanging the internal parts, but I am no such experienced owner :-( Recently just bought a Phantom 3 Advanced, obviously a few times more expensive but it is rock solid in flight from day one.

CX-22 just tries to copy the Phantom but it is just not a popular seller at all. Most people would rather pay a couple of hundred dollars more and just get the Phantom 3 Standard instead.

2.7k is not UHD. Not even close.

    • That's right, I was going to say that too.

  • Ohhh this was in the big bang theory
