Still a good price, but they do inflate things in preparation for their sales.

Nah bro they are 4000k, so right on money in terms of functionality.
30% off is a nice discount. Just remember that whiter halogens have much shorter lifespans due to higher running temperature. Some 'ultra white' H4s are only good for 200 hours.
