      Same boat here. Have always received tracking up until this transaction. Ordered on 30th but still no tracking up till today.

        I ordered two on the 27th Nov: the first tracked within a day but the second hasn't tracked after 7 days. I've sent a transaction enquiry and sent invoice details to CashRewards.

        • Same, only first transaction tracked. Not too happy about that.

  • People who say they're already activated… Is that true? SO they expiry pretty much 30 days after they ship them out..?

    Surprised that cashrewards sent me an email tracking the purchase within 10 minutes!

  • I am confused about whether these SIMs are already activated.

    The letter that comes with the SIM gives you 5 choices, 2 of which are:
    - I have a brand new service with a new number -> Your service is already activated. Please insert your new SIM.
    - I have a Pre-Paid service -> Need activation.

    I'm not sure which situation is applicable here.

    received my sim couple days ago, but cashrewards isn't come through yet

      Only received cashrewards for one transaction, yet the others are missing. Not too happy about that. May return the SIMs. They are $5 instore at coles and with the ease of getting them in hand at that price certtainly seems like it could be less hassle, and much cheaper too if CR fails.
