Where is the flat rate 9.99 shipping? Shipping is ~$30 for both express and standard.

  Was assuming it was 9.99 for all orders, i had 5 items in my cart, 2 tshirts 1 shorts, 1 dress, 1 boardshorts. came to 9.99. It must be based on weight then, my apologies, have updated the post decription.

From previous experience it appears $9.99 is the shipping if values is under $100, but as soon as you hit $100 it doubles.

  Exactly what happened to me today
  added 1 extra item before completing checkout (gloves) shipping doubled as it tipped it over $100 !
  Removed them and went ahead
  
  Use NOV10 as coupon code for extra 10% off total order.
