I've had the same confusion as well and a pair of DC shoes that I own has size 10 for UK and size 11 for US so I've just ordered size 11 (10 for the pair I wanted was sold out anyway).
The sizes are US :)
I hope they would be the same size as the ones I've already got. :(

Ah damn. I am a size 10 but i'd say size 10 shoes only fit me well 50% of the time, they all seem to be different eugh. Not sure I want to take that risk :/
I own some DC's, just be sure to get the size above whatever you are in AUS/UK size (eg if you're size 10 Aus/UK, order a size 11, as the shoes are listed in american sizes).
They also sell half sizes too, perhaps that might be the way to go?

FWIW, I bought from the Roxy store yesterday and have already gotten the cashback tracked in my CR account today (which is extremely quick) and as DC/Roxy/Quicksilver are all the same shop, chances are it should also show as being tracked in your CR account fairly quickly as well.
How long it'll take for the funds to clear is another question.
