Tried to use it for a couple of hotels in Hong Kong and said that it is not valid for those hotels. Any information on what hotels are excluded?
If you put the promotion code in when you are doing your search, when the hotels are listed the ones that are eligible are marked with a small "promotion code eligible" or similar line as you look down the results page. As to what is and isn't included, it seems random. Whoever wants to be included.
