Hello everyone,
I had ordered an item from an online retailer Gearbest last Sept 4, It was shipped as per record the next day.
After almost a month , I didn't receive the item so I created a support ticket.
I got a reply from them asking me to verify: My address and the post office to check my items which I did .
Then I got a reply that I should wait for another month as the delivery may have been delayed.
To make the story short, Its been 2 months and found that the ticket has already been closed. I did open a new one but there has been no reply from them.
Can I ask the ozbargain community from their experience… What are my options ?

Because if it was something like this it is gonna take more effort than its worth to chase them up…
I'd straight up ask for a refund when they reply
