  • u can use, www.rewardle.com

    lots of places use this

    • Thank you for that but the cafe wants traditional coffee cards

  • How do you mark of the coffees? Punch or stamp? I'm in commercial printing so can help point you to a cheap supplier. It's just a business card at the end of the day, but the stock will be different depending on how you mark of the coffees.

Even better, if you can get the specifications from the last invoice.

    • Hey PBG we punch our cards, we're just looking at using the same designs as the current as the previous ones were sourced from overseas
They're double sided & unfortunately I don't know the specs

      • Right. Well if you punch your cards then you don't want anything thicker than 350gsm as it hurts the hand after a while (I get lots of reports from my restaurant clients). Plus avoid any laminating (celloglaze or encapsulation) for the same reason.

Basically you just want standard 350gsm gloss artboard business cards. In which case unless you are ordering 100,000 or more then I wouldn't expect buying from China would save any money - probably cost you more money at that small quantity. If you're ordering 1,000 - 5,000 then these two Australian businesses are pretty cheap and I can recommend both of them:

        http://www.cmykonline.com.au/90x55mm-Business-Cards-Gloss-Ar…

http://www.1print.net.au/business-cards-printing (make sure you choose "unlaminated")

If you find another printer in Australia offerring a cheaper price for the same product then absolutely go ahead with that. We all use the exact same paper, inks and presses so the quality is almost identical no matter what printer in Australia you use. The only exception to this rule is Vistaprint who I wouldn't touch with a 10" pole because they use crappy paper, cheap printers and they have shoddy work practices like rasterising all vectors to sub-300dpi just to save a bit of ink. Rant over :)

Anyway, hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any questions.

EDIT: before you commit to an order ask the printing company to send you some samples. They will happily do this free of charge so you can make sure the finished product is what you want.

  • I have been using https://www.inkable.com.au/ and have been really impressed with the quality, customer service and turnaround time. They are based in Taiwan but have local numbers.
