      Pretty sure most if not all Amex related offers require you to use the card directly on the store, so this is not a new clause.

      I can't find it on house.com.au 's FAQ
      But I don't think an upmarket store like this would charge more for use of Amex.

      Sadly 60% off any scanpan = normal price
      I do like our scanpan stuff, I just wouldn't ever pay full price for something which is routinely heavily discounted.

    Just spent just over $100 on thermoflasks (contigo, thermos king) for Christmas presents and got both the house.com.au $30 back PLUS the shop small $10 back (if spend over $20). Plus it was over $90 I also received free shipping.

    I bought online giftcards and got $40 back. But the question is that House doesn't give me the PIN. They only gave me card number and expire date. Been trying 5 times for them to sort out, and no real result so far. Anyone has the same issue ? I will have to contact Docep to report them as the giftcard is useless without PIN.

    I received two emails. the first email is the gift voucher the second email is the dispatch email just the card number.

    Check your first email and click on the eGiftCard Link, there is a Giftcard.pdf doc with the pin.

      The first email is order confirmation, second email is dispatch email. What was the subject of the first email ? I cannot find any egiftcard link anywhere in either email.

      Thanks, wc. I guess this is what I didn't have and they said they will resend the email but they never done it. Its just frustrated me that they just not replying my email and could not do anything on the phone.
