I think considering the popularity of these on Ozbargain this deserves a separate deal of its own.

Have been looking for a good price on these for a while. Thanks to this deal get 6% off on the original price $17.81 which brings it down to $16.73. Use Cashrewards cash back to get it for AU$15.93 after 4.8% cash back. At AU$15.93 I think I can wait for one month to get these shipped from China.

AU$1.84 extra if you want shipment tracking.

  • Frack, I was charged $16.83!

  • Are these better than Dr Dre beats?

Anything is better than Dr. Dre…

these guys are really slow. Prepare to "Bang" your head against the wall for "good" hence banggood

    • that's true! I am still waiting for Nitecore usb recharable light which I bought from a previous deal about a month back! :(

  • They are alright. Not great for the gym one drop of sweat and goes haywire. Kept activating voice control for my whole session.

In comparison to my stock in ear buds that came with my Samsung which also have the mic and controls. Going strong over a year at the gym.

    • Cheers for the heads up! I pretty much only use earphones for gym/running so they need to at least be a bit sweat resistant..

  • Thanks Op - great spares for when the family inevitably break theirs and then need an 'emergency' replacement.

  • i've been reading the comments and I get the impression that these last for 4-6 months maybe 12 max.

Why wouldn't I pay a little extra for decent earphones?

    • Because the part that breaks on the earphones tend to be weak regardless of what earphone you use (the connectors). Some are stronger than the others though (that said, it's just easier to replace them once they break). Also, you can't really tell which one is stronger by looking anyways. Some have detachable wires, but those tend to fetch fairly high price (both wire and the earphones). Also, many expensive earphones use BA, which is weak against humidity far more than dynamic drivers that many cheap earphones use.

  • bought a pair. thanks OP!

yo fellas be warned there is no stock. spoke directly to a stockist at bangood on live chat for 30 mins nice fella. there wont be any headphones coming till the 18th/20th nov. he said so they wont ship any till after then.
He was pretty honest about it too lol actually said xiaomis factory is like 2 blocks away and they should not take so long to get in stock.
so factor in ur shipping to that some ppl might not get them till really close to xmas.

  • 10 days since being shipped and my earphones still not arrived. Hopefully won't be longer

    • The deal is only 6 days old.Did you buy before the deal? For how much?

1 month is the standard for shipping times from China so you might need to wait for some more time.

    • I bought 2 of these one for backup if anything goes wrong with the first one, but I received just one today. Really not happy with banggood service.

Just received email saying it hasn't even shipped yet… asking if I will wait another week or get a refund.

  • Mine was shipped 13 days back but still waiting. Meanwhile my Samsung earphones gave up on me. Now I can't listen to songs on my way to office with my Apple Music free trial.

  • Received mine yesterday. They are worth every cent.

    • Do you know how to identify if they are genuine ?

    • Do yours have a groove on the middle button?

  • Mine came today. I'm guessing they're not fake because they are black around the 3.55mm jack and not white. Couldn't of been bothered checking the rest original vs fake differences. They sound great for the price.

    • How long did yours take to turn up superduper? I ordered when the deal was posted but have to wait for them to get more stock in so probably won't be expecting them for another couple of weeks.

      • Ordered on the 5th and I think they shipped a few days later. So if my math is any good I'd say about 20 days. I actually forgot all about the order, so it was a nice surprise today!

    • Do yours have a groove on the middle button?

  • bought mine nov 7, just arrived 30 nov. check against the website OzSikhs posted - http://en.miui.com/thread-154254-1-1.html

real to me: black rings around jack, the chinese description on the back of the white box does not have the Mi logo, and the rubber not reflective to light.

i had the 2 but didnt really like because it was giving me ear aches, ive tried the different sizes.

so far the 3 is very good =D, but its only been 10 minutes

    • Hope it continues to stay comfortable and work well for you!

    • Do yours have a groove on the middle button?

  • Mine arrived today, worth the wait!

    • Do yours have a groove on the middle button? Or is it smooth?

      • Mine has a groove on the middle button if that helps.

        • Mine doesn't, I suspect it's a fake. Did yours come from Laos?

        • @mazorn: Not sure. As far as I remember they were shipped from China.

      • Yeah mine has a small groove on the middle button, not completely smooth. I checked it against that article linked above and it looks real (e.g. three black rings on the headphone jack instead of three white ones). And the sound quality is fantastic, at first I didn't think it was too good but then I realised they weren't sitting in my ears properly - needed to insert them a bit further and change the plugs.

I remember being confused about where they came from and not immediately seeing China written anywhere, so it could well have been Laos.

        • That's strange. Look at mine: http://imgur.com/nDaCr3s

        • @mazorn:

Oh that's what you guys mean about the bump on the middle button (as shown here: http://en.miui.com/data/attachment/forum/201510/14/195655bjz…)

No, I don't have that, so mine looks like yours mazorn. My shipment was delayed and they emailed asking if I was happy to wait for more stock to come in. I said that I was, but then it only took a couple of days for them to send a shipping confirmation. So maybe they procured other stock from a different country. Well, if these are fake, they've done an excellent job in terms of audio quality, hard to fault it so far.

        • @Shadow_1: Same thing, and I believe they did order it from a different supplier (or else they wouldn't have asked for a picture of the parcel stamps, I contacted them). This guy had the same issue. It's still unresolved, from about a month ago.

        • @Shadow_1: Banggood directed me to this. So seems legit, it's a new design but the English webpage has not been updated yet.

        • @mazorn:

Thanks for checking mazorn, good to know :)
