How could $435 price tag drop to $87? MYER and DJ drop as low as 50% but this is much more
wish they where fry pans, need a few :(
I have a slightly different range of Cuisinart, bought in the US, and also triply. Love them. If you're used to basic steel pans, you might find these much better to cook with (the encapsulated layer of aluminium extends up the walls, making heat distribution better). The Chef's Ultimate series isn't available in the US, but looks similar to the French Classic series, just with glass lids instead. This kind of pan is significantly heavier than cheap steel pans most people are familiar with (the walls are a bit thicker).
The price is excellent.
Note that the rivets on Cuisinart pans are massive, but a minor irritant once you get over it:P
also can be used on induction
They must have hyperjets on that thing.

They are excellent.
This 3 piece set seems like a good buy if they are the same structure of pan.
$25 delivery charge to WA.

How is the quality
I find cuisinart not that popular in Australia but in the US it's a decent brand name
