[GoG-PC] The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone AUD$12.99

60

Hired by the Merchant of Mirrors, Geralt is tasked with overcoming Olgierd von Everec — a ruthless bandit captain enchanted with the power of immortality. Step again into the shoes of Geralt of Rivia, a professional monster slayer, this time hired to defeat a ruthless bandit captain, Olgierd von Everec, a man who possesses the power of immortality.

Not sure why this is cheaper than the Rep's post. The one from Nuveem is cheaper however it requires a VPN.

Note: This is the first expansion to the game. This requires the base game to play.

  • Really hope they do a full GOTY PS4 edition of this sometime next year, I hear it's been patched up to being quite good.

It was already good without the patch. Just little minor non game breaking bugs.

Finished the base game in 80 hours and taking a break before continuing the 10+ hours of heart of stone

Yeah but apparently it's real polished now - several mission bugs, frame rate - they suppot their games well.

it's only expansion so still need the base game which is more than $13

I complain something similar when people mention car polish, I'm all like, yeah but the car costs heaps too!

  • I played a few hours of Witcher 2 and wasn't impressed / enjoying it.

Is this one much better? Some rave about 2 as well as 3, I'm into Elder Scrolls and Fallout series, I couldn't get excited by 2.

    • +2

I was the same with 2, absolutely loved 3 so I would recommend giving it a crack!

    • -1

I didn't like the Witcher 2, The Witcher 3 however I liked because it felt more like Skyrim for me. TW3's gameplay is much smoother than TW2 and its open world unlike TW2's linear gameplay.

  • +1

I was the same as well but 3 is an entirely different level of awesome

  • anyone know if we can get the real qwent cards with this?
