Has Anyone Had Issues With REBTEL App ..?

Hi All,

I have installed this app to make international calls and did a Paypal transaction and a credit card transaction which are worth AUD $20 and for no known reason they blocked me logging in.
The worst part is that they don't have a customer care number, only email support which they don't do properly. I raised a service ticket for the same 7 days back and still there is no response. It is like I'm shouting in air and no one is there to respond.

Did anyone face this issue with this provider and what action can I take against them.

Note: I used to check OZbargain everyday but never got the push to create an account for myself. I finally joined to raise this issue against REBTEL.

  I'm confused. The REBTEL app seems to be for phone calls and SMS. What does that have to do with a Paypal transaction and a credit card transaction?

  Or are you trying to say that you paid for REBTEL with Paypal and with a credit card, but they are not providing you with the access that you have paid for?

    Yes, I paid to rebtel with paypal and credit card and now they are not providing service and not even responding to why did they do that…. :(

  Do you have a Paypal account? If so, contact them and file a "non-delivery" complaint. Otherwise, do the same for your bank.

      Go to the paypal website and log in. There's a link on the left that says resolution centre or solve a problem or something like that.

        I actually disputed the transaction and then they started repling saying the transaction is disputed and cant activate your account.Please cancel the dispute.. Thanks alot to you… as I got atleast some revenge…

        @itisalwaysright: Be careful, because I believe if you cancel the dispute, you can't open another dispute for the same transaction.
