          I have bought a few items from Kogan including a tablet (not kogan branded items). No need to use their support so far but i think the whinging is well excessive.

    I spoke to them, seemed friendly, my policy beat their policy by $10, so they will send me an email from their "back office" team and they will sort it out.

          hmmm, had the call and review yesterday (22/10) 4pm. My current plan was much more beneficial and cheaper, however havent seen the voucher come through.

          • had a guy call
          • asked and compared policy
          • he agreed that i'm on a much better policy and said I shouldn't change
          • i asked is there some kogan promotion
          • put on hold came back and said yes
          • he asked my email

          that's it .. no further correspondence

          yep it is passed to another department who emails you asking for proof. i was probably one of the first in (before it was on ozbargain) so i am guessing they have a backlog now

    I was after the $50 voucher and didn't have any intention of changing, but they found a policy that has better inclusions than my current one, and was $5 a month cheaper. So why not.

          @leeroys_dad: nor could I, but I ended up getting a personalised chopping board for a wedding gift, a kindle concert fit a friend, a kitchen slicer, Facebook stamps and a microduo USB drive. Then a dog door and USB cable with the $20 voucher.

          Now to spend my $25 eBay voucher from amaysim, and await my $150 gift card from iselect.
