Back to the Future Trilogy (HD) on iTunes for $16.38 (RRP $35.97)

140

This is a pretty good deal on this Trilogy on iTunes. Not sure when Apple wrap it up but I'm guessing it's on special in relation to the October 21, 2015 date (which is this Wednesday). iTunes are selling the trilogy for $21.99 but Target are selling iTunes gift cards in $30, $50, and $100 denominations at 20% off until October 21, which brings the price down to $17.59. Cashrewards.com.au are offering 5.5% back on iTunes (which on the original $21.99, amounts to $1.21), bringing the final price to $16.38 - now that's heavy!

Enjoy BTTF lovers!

    20% off $30 isn't $17.59, it's $24.
    $1.21 off of $21.99 isn't $16.38, it's $20.78.

We can't customize the value of iTunes gift cards from Target, right?

BTTF is great but this deal is sketchy.

Sage, you are technically correct. While this deal requires a larger spend upfront, the total cost at the end of the day is $16.38 for the entire trilogy. If you didn't already have any iTunes gift cards purchased at a 20% discount (like I did), you would need to spend $24 to get the $30 iTunes gift card. So perhaps a better way to put it would be to say spend $24, get the Trilogy for the actual cost of $16.38 and still have $8.01 of iTunes gift cards available, that could be used through cashrewards.com.au and earn another 5.5% back. But I thought that was a bit convoluted. Considering this Trilogy is normally $35.97 in HD on iTunes, this is a great deal.
