  Keep it quiet, but giving out 6 month free trials and releasing new versions every 5 months (and fresh 6 month trials) probably isn't the wisest business model.

    There are a few, and also to prevent passing on Windows viruses. Also you never know when a new one might pop up.

    yea. its totally optional,

    mostly for sharing files/usbs etc
