Paid at KFC but Transaction Hasn't Appeared on Bank Transaction History

Don't know if anyone met such things before.
I went to KFC today and paid with my Commbank MasterCard as usual, but when I was trying using contactless payment, it failed.
The counter girl asks me to try chips and pos machine says 'Signature requested' then 'Approved', but she didn't ask for it and just let go.

When I was checking my account tonight I noticed that my available funds didn't turn less and the KFC didn't show on my transaction history or pendings either.
I start to feeling a little bit guilty now to the counter girl.

  The terminal was offline which is why it asked for a signature, they just accept the transactions when this happens.

  When it comes online it will process the stored payments.
