This one is speed class 3, meaning it's certified for 4K2K video recording.
Unfortunately not for our Sony X1000V action cams - we need SDXC to enable 4K modes, and SDXC U3 for 100Mbit recording.
Good price though :)Really? I thought when comparing like for like, the only difference between SDHC & SDXC was capacity? ie SDHC </= 32GB & SDXC >/=64GB
@ozdavo: Wonder if the rPi will notice a difference between Ultra?
@ozdavo: The X1000V won't allow 4K modes for SDHC cards, but I don't know if the cards identify themselves as such. Maybe it simply does an exFat check… I might try formatting a 32GB as exFat and test it.
Any chance of some deals on 64gbs?
Yeah, any chance getting a deal for 64gb TA?
Cheers
Did they change the price back? I clicked the link but saw it's $52.95 now…
Did you apply the coupon?
Oh!! I was so stupid not seeing what you said :D thanks mate!
Thanks TA - finally couldn't resist the arse.
we need U3ARSE64 code to be activated
would it work with the G1WC dashcam?
Yes, but the camera won't take advantage of the U3 speed. The only advantage is it would be quicker when transferring the video files off the card using a fast card reader.
For GW1C, just stick to the popular and cheaper Samsung EVO 32GB.
It's happened again. How great is this site!
Fight fight!
Again, saw negative vote on ur link, let's beat him up!
What negative vote? You mean the vote revoke button?
the link (picture) tightarse posted. There is a negative "Vote"
@edgar28: There are only positive votes in that list: http://i.imgur.com/oat2V0O.jpg
It was a joke of "beating tightarse up"……. don't recall there is a comment on the negative button before…..
@edgar28: Hi edgar, as Thrift explained, that is the revoke button, to revoke my own vote if I wish.
cat fight begin
Where to put the code is it after the paypal page?
Thanks TA!
thanks TA! bought one although I have no use for it. -_-
The OzB way :)
Grabbed one again, $4.5 cheaper than last time. Thanks TA.

Is this OK for go pro or should i wait for another deal on http://pcbyte.com.au/index.php/sandisk-32gb-extreme-pro-micr… ;)
How much with postage to 2207?
Free? It's 20 delivered
A noob comment but do micro sd cards always come with the sd cover? Need to use it to be slotted in to a SD slot.
Not all do, but this one does.
Any SD card deal?
Just use this in a microSD-SD card adaptor. Makes no difference to the performance.
thanks!
Any chance of TA posting a deal without the "Any chance of?" comments
Thanks TA. Anyone know if this would fit the LG G4 that we just bought? Thanks
Will go perfectly with the G4.
Just purchased for my g4 :-)
Bought one for my G4! Thank you.
I search on ebay and saw so many kinds of micro SD which is cheaper but i don't really know what is the different so I just trust you :)
Ordered! Wanna see if mechkb wanna do some MX Blue deals? :-P
Cheers, needed one for the new aftv2.
Thanks Op, bought one
awesome, bought one of these last time, great card. I was just thinking about waiting for a bargain on a new card, and this just shows up, talk about great timing!
bytearse
this one is better than this one
Yep, this is the 'plus' version and offers 80MB/s max speeds compared to the 60MB/s of the 'extreme' version.
Thanks OP. Just like some of the lads here, I too bought this for no reason. Don't actually need one.
Still no 64GB Extreme/Extreme Plus SDXC deal ! We have been asking for months now :(
There's nothing stopping you posting one.
That's not cool. Hey a grip and appreciate his efforts.
Weeeeeee. Another Micro SD card.
I'll soon have enough storage for all my LED torches.
Your LED torches can utilise micro SD cards? Or are you confused with Eneloop batteries? :P
jokes are much less funny when you have to go and explain them…
thanks mate , just grab one for my father. He gonna like it .
Can they do an eBay deal so we can use our $50 vouchers?
Just bought one thanks again to you TZ
Well that should be TA……….TA
Thank you TA!!
Love your work mate! Hoping that there is a 128gb bargain again soon. I Need another one!
It's a 128GB of a different sort lol… https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/215187
limited 1 per person i think….
Is this overkill for a phone?
Most likely your phone won't utilise the full potential, but for $20, who cares.
How long will this deal last for?
Until soldout.
Can't resist the temptation. Bought one.
Thanks TA.
Thank-you TA. I was not 100% sure that I needed this….. so I bought one. You're good.
I was just wondering if this is grey import stuff or the real thing, thanks :)
Aaaaaahhh, got to the payment page and got "The requested quantity for "SanDisk 32GB Extreme Plus micro SDHC 80MB/s U3 Memory Card SDSDQX-032G" is not available." ;____; MISSED AGAIN!? Really shouldn't have looked at the reviews before buying…
NOOOOOOO!!!! I was buying and it is out of stock =(
I need it!!!
It was in my plans to buy one this month. Too bad I lost it
any chance to get more?!
I know it's sold out now but does anyone know whether you need a specific device to take advantage of the speed? I notice someone above asking about using it in the dashcam.. what about for phones? Do phones take advantage of the faster speed?
would take advantage if you're transferring data from the card to your computer (as someone mentioned in your link). You generally want a fast write speed on cards for cameras that either take large image files (e.g. fast burst shooting) or the high bit-rate 1080/4k recording in order to keep up with the processing of your image/video.
in terms of phone usage I'm not quite sure, perhaps when you're recording videos (probably at higher resolutions). I was reading about older models (e.g. a Samsung S4) and people were getting mixed results whether it actually took advantage of the UHS-1 speeds. but for just general usage I'm using a class 10 and I can't imagine it would make much difference
Yes, to get the max speed you need a device that utilises the UHS-I bus (ultra high-speed, 50MB/s and 104MB/s), otherwise the card will operate on the High-Speed bus (max 25MB/s) as a fast 'Class 10'.
Doh - Missed it! that's what I get for failing to check the site religiously on an hourly basis …
Great price!!! Recently just bought a S2 tab, so may want 128GB instead.
Any chance to get more stock? Missed out by minutes
Copped one. Another great deal as per usual. Going to use this as a backup card for my Hero4.
processing :(
when will it beeeee sentttttttt
they don't work 24/7!
disappointed! lolzThanks TA and PC Byte. Love your work.
Is there a picture of the packaging available? When I search for the model code (SDSDQX-032G), I'm getting mixed results in terms of whether it's a U1 speed class or U3 speed class rating (both on the UHS-I bus).
Eg. http://www.amazon.com/SDSDQX-032G-A46A-Extreme-microSDHC-San…
Managed to purchase one last night from this deal, just making sure it's actually the U3.
Thanks mate.Hi crouchie,
Good morning.
Not to worry this is 1000% U3 =)Regards
FrancescaSo that's 10 times of U3, U30?
Good morning Francesca,
Thanks for the confirmation. I know the site says it too, just wanted to make sure as the cards look almost exactly the same, bar the 1 or 3 inside the "U".
Hoping to get it soon, the transaction was perfect. Will use PC Byte for my future purchases :)
Cheers,
crouchieThanks crouchie =)
Hi Francesca
Any chance of getting any more in Stock for those who missed out? :)
I was wondering if PC Byte is part of OZBargain business since the last purchase? The Paypal transaction shows payment sent to OZB Enterprises Pty Ltd.
It says "In Stock" but "Add to cart button" has disappeared :(
I need a Class 3 card for my new RX100 MK IV! Where to grab one from?
anyone received theirs yet?
Yeah, got mine in like 2 days, you haven't got yours yet? When did you order?
maybe not the first few, did take a while to be sent
might wait till next week
got the email it was sent!
How does this compare to the 64gb deals we saw recently… the $/GB was much cheaper was it not?
