Sorry, have to one up the other guy but think Nuuvem is cheaper. If you don't have a vpn stick with greenmangaming. If you have a brazil vpn Nuuvem is a bit cheaper.

  Civ5 Complete is R$23.99 not 10.99. R$10.99 is for the Gods and Kings or Brave New World Expansions. Or Civ4 Complete

  I didn't think it was possible to purchase 2K Games (and games from a lot of other publishers) now from Nuuvem, even with a South American VPB. There is an additional Paypal address verification step when you go to checkout now for many games. Unless a South American address is attached to your Paypal account, your transaction is knocked back.

  So much for free trade.
