Yes indeed although I did notice the myer sale price before the final 25% off was the same as the standard price of the other major retailers like good guys and hardly normal. Oh well take what you can get I suppose, still a not too shabby price.

According to online reviews they are great for the size they take up but not amazing.
Certainly better than the 2010 Samsung LED tv speakers i'm using at the moment.
One thing that surprised me while reading the reviews was that BOSE don't support DTS sound. It you are into movies you wouldn't wanna get this unit
I wouldn't pay 800 for them - $500 seems about right. Sound bars are too big for my tv (stand is low profile).

True I used Amazon to check before buying. You always seem to find those anti-BOSE responses saying how crap they are and recommending others.
Their sub's are what drives the sound for which they have dozens of patents for not the little tweeters. T
