I was at looking for pens at Officeworks before and came across these Pentel Energel pens for $1. They're usually sold for more than $4 each on the stands so I thought it was a bargain. There was only blue and red avaliable at the Taylors Lakes Officeworks, not sure if it's sold elsewhere at the same price.

At my store, all colours were available (Black, Blue and Red).
Agreed, I used these throughout my uni days. They even have purple!
Bought around 7 of these yesterday and was contemplating on posting it, but was unsure of the availability in other stores. Great pen, excellent bargain.

I was thinking you must be able to ship this in less than 20mm (thickest allowed for AU post to take it as a standard letter ie. $0.70
I've tried that before with pens and they won't take it. Letter requires flat (and foldable), not just a thickness. Maybe if you stuck cardboard on both sides…
great pens, they last me a few months each, only wish they came in black on clearance though!!

How's stock looking at Keysborough VIC?
Nothing in Keysborough for both colours, however, if you fancy a drive to Highett, there is 13 units of the RED in Highett and 6 units in Frankston.
As for the BLUE, nothing in Keysborough, as well. The closest store that would have stock is all the way in Box Hill South with 6 units.
Anything in GW or Melb CBD? :)
Nothing in Glenny for both, however, there is 1 RED pen in the Elizabeth St store (wouldn't hold my breath though…) and 3 units in the South Melbourne store (if you fancy a bit of a drive/walk ;) ).
As for the BLUE, closest place that has stock is Box Hill South with 6 units.

There's just something about using a nice pen, and unfortunately the majority of ones you can get for free aren't that nice!
If you work in an office, get the person who does the stationary orders to buy nice pens. Then help yourslef to the free pens!
