    I haven't heard of the TUL ones before, but if they are like most rollerball pens, you simply cannot compare them with Jetstream.

      Not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure it's the regular price since I remember the shelf display price didn't have a mark down.

  There's 12 to 15 packs still at Bundoora. Not easy to find though. Turn a hard left as soon as u enter the store and look on the bench behind the pot plant. No signs or marking or price but they scan at $9
