just be aware this is a mains gas bbq, not bottled gas

This really needs to be added to the title. It might be economical at this price to convert it to LPG but not sure.

      • +3

the title does say NG, but not everyone would understand what that means

        • +1

So what does it mean? Mains gas?

        • +2

          natural gas

  • 250 for Northland store Vic

Can someone please pm me or upload a receipt so i can price match it at my local masters :)

Tingalpa has no stock, went to try and find it last week

  • +1

Available at North Lakes for click and collect at that price

  • +1

Bummer if this was LPG I would be all over it at that price.

According to Weber FAQ no conversion kits are available:

Can I convert my grill to run on a different fuel type, i.e. LP to NG, NG to LP, or to run on LPG?
    Ask us about this FAQ
No. Due to the complexity of the technology and gas train components and the level of disassembly that would have to be performed, we are not allowing conversions or offering kits. This decision was made in the interest of safety.

  • $109 at my Masters to get the NG hose and regulator if you don't have one already.

  • Could someone please upload a receipt so I can price match at my local store?

  • They had about 6 out the front yesterday at North Lakes masters

  • North Lakes is out of stock. I ordered 1 for click and collect about an hour ago, and I got a call about 20 mins ago saying they had to cancel it due to incorrect stock levels.

    • Edit: Got a call about an hour later saying they found one. So I got it. Thanks OP!

NG was the deal breaker for me.

  • Picked one up from Northlakes…click and collect! Such a bargain. Now I just have to get up there…my local Gold Coast stores wouldn't match it.

You drove 1.5 hours each way to buy a BBQ that doesn't run on LPG bottle gas.

      • +2

Sure did! Needed to go to DFO at the airport anyway and we have a gas point outside so it's perfect for us. $200 saving to travel a bit further along the highway was worth it.

341 at Bibra Lake (WA). Shame it's not the same price across Australia

Picked up one from browns plains today. Awesome deal.

  • Just got another one from northlakes. I think just checking instore is more successful than ringing.
