Dang, paid $337.68 last week from the freeshippingtech deal, still hasn't even been posted. And that's without the shifter!

I picked mine up today and it's amazing! The Gear Shift is worth the extra cash if you're looking to get one. Will only set you back around $48!

This is for Wheel and Shifter, the link you posted is just the wheel

    • That post is the wheel only- this post includes the stand and the gear shift.

Great find! Imho not worth grabbing a set like this if you don't have the shifter. Feel like the people buying an expensive wheel like this over the $150 Ferrari wheel must be car enthusiasts who wouldn't dream of not having the shifter. But I'm that guy who also doesn't buy a real car that isn't manual so eh

Yeah I agree with you! if people want to splash this much money on the wheel- might as well go all the way.

Having the stand is a must for those who are planning to use this thing seriously… Unless you have something you can clamp it on with + clamp the gear shift on to

I'll be using it with my PC - and I have a sturdy desk. I had a gameport Microsoft sidewinder wheel back in the day - and that worked well clamped to the desk.

      • Agreed… Looked at the $150 Ferrari wheel… but this just blitzes it.

You either spend $0 and stick with the already great Xbox One Wireless Controller… or you go the full hog.

If you're going to get the G920… you really do need the Driving Force Shifter…

If you're buying both… you truly do need a way to securely mount all three… not to mention it not moving around, and being at a comfortable height.

  • Thanks OP, bought.

I just ordered both items - I couldn't select my closest store for pickup, so I selected my next closest - and then during checkout one of the items became unavailable for pickup at the store, so I had to choose another!

So, if you're thinking of ordering this and want to pickup, I'd suggest jumping on it as quick as possible, otherwise you might find yourself driving too far.

    • Thanks, I followed your advice and managed to get my store of choice :)

  • Absolutely brilliant post!

Thank you very much OP, bought the Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel + Logitech Driving Force Shifter + GT Art Racing Steering Wheel Stand for $516 :)

  • My wheel is ready to pickup already.

But the shifter will be from another store.

  • Just to let all those know who are buying it for PC, support is really limited at the moment with this wheel. I went from the g27 to this and longing for the g27 back for dirt rally, assetto corsa etc. It's great with the xbox obviously, but would really not recommend for PC right now.

  • FYI
The racing stand price has gone UP now its $177.65 after 15% off
    :(

    I RECOMMEND THIS ONE

  • That wheel stand OP posted just went up for $51. Shameful.

    • get the one i linked above it is a lot better

  • I picked mine up yesterday. It is so crap on Forza 5 and Horizon 2 that it is laughable. If you are buying it for those games, dont.

Mine will be packed and sold (or maybe returned if they let me).
